just checking in. Into week 3 of no sweets, bread or pasta. I must say, when I make the girls mac n cheese I get SOO tempted to taste it. And I don't even care for mac n cheese! I miss bread the most. But I have started to get used to not having it with my meals. I am avoiding the scale. I think that it just brings negative feelings. So I am mainly focusing on eating good wholesome food and trying to work out 3 times per week. I only got 2 work outs in last week. I wanted to go Friday night but something came up and it was a bust. =/ Over the weekend I felt like crap. I had no energy whatsoever. Idk why. (as I am typing this my favorite episode of spongebob is on and i am cracking up! lmaoo! the one where patrick is trying to win an award and learning how to open a jar HAHA!) the lid the lid the lid the lid! hahaha gets me every time. xD
any who... i will keep trying to check in 4 times a week on SP. hope you all are doing well!!
