just checking in. Into week 3 of no sweets, bread or pasta. I must say, when I make the girls mac n cheese I get SOO tempted to taste it. And I don't even care for mac n cheese! I miss bread the most. But I have started to get used to not having it with my meals. I am avoiding the scale. I think that it just brings negative feelings. So I am mainly focusing on eating good wholesome food and trying to work out 3 times per week. I only got 2 work outs in last week. I wanted to go Friday night but something came up and it was a bust. =/ Over the weekend I felt like crap. I had no energy whatsoever. Idk why. (as I am typing this my favorite episode of spongebob is on and i am cracking up! lmaoo! the one where patrick is trying to win an award and learning how to open a jar HAHA!) the lid the lid the lid the lid! hahaha gets me every time. xD

any who... i will keep trying to check in 4 times a week on SP. hope you all are doing well!! emoticon

    Way to go! I am so proud of you! I have been so good with the scale lately..I only get on it once or twice per week. I used to obsessed with it. Keep up the great work!!

    OMG! I had an entire reply typed in and something happened to wipe it all out! UGH....

Anyway, to make a long story short, I"m so proud of you. Three weeks is fantastic!! I can't make it through 3 hours right now. Back to my "junkie" mind set. Yesterday I ate mashed potatoes with butter 3 times! Who does that??

    Great job! I've been trying to eat as Paleo as possible, so no breads, pastas, or sweets. I did great all of Jan and most of Feb, but went on vacation at the end of Feb. and ate all of it. emoticon My body was much happier when I wasn't eating any of it. Good luck with your workouts. emoticon

    Glad to hear you are doing well. So true about the scale. Sometimes it is better to just focus on doing something good for yourself and just enjoying that feeling instead of letting the negative thoughts over a number take over the day and all the good things we do to take care of ourselves. Keep it up girl! Get those workouts in!
And lol I have seen that one more times than I can remember. Boys always have that on during their tv time : D!
