A state of mind. One which I choose. Grateful for all that I do have. Strength, health, and soundness of mind.
Drank plenty of water. Spent the time I needed to prepare a healthy soup filled with plenty of vegetables.
Missed on the exercise portion of my day. Will try harder tommorrow.
Drink water from a pint canning jar you know then you are getting plenty of water through out the day.
One other one. Keep encorporating vegetables as often as you can in your meals. B e aventurous and try some that you may think dont even go together you may be surprised at how good they do taste together. Today I put canned pumpkin in the soup that had a tomato base with corn, carrots, beans and some pasta. I put a bunch of seasonings and presto I couldnt really taste the pumpkin but got the benefit of the vitamins in it.
