I didn't get a chance to post Day 1 on the actual day I completed it, so am posting now :)

Warm-up: 5 minutes @ 3 mph
Work-out: 1 minute @ 5 mph x 6; 1.5 minutes @ 3 mph x 7
Total time: 20 minutes

Warm-up: 5 minutes @ 3 mph
Work-out: 1 minute @ 5 mph x 6; 1.5 minutes @ 3 mph x 7

Generally speaking, I really dislike running because it has deeply rooted negative connotations for me. However, I have spent the past six months very slowly accomplishing fitness goals I never thought I'd be able to accomplish. So I think I can do this! Hopefully I can run a 5K when this is all said and done. My sister is an avid runner so I'm sure she would run one with me.
