The habit I want to break is self sabotage.

I do we'll for a few days and then BAM! Old habits come back. I am not really sure hoe to tackle this. I will try journaling my thoughts and feelings to see if I can figure out why I do this.

    If you figure it out will you share with me? I have the same problem! LOL!! I know this is something we have to all do for ourselves, but wouldn't it be nice to be able to share answers?

    Good plan. I find that getting the trigger foods out of the house helps.T

    I like the journaling idea but I also like the sticker idea. Why not do both? You can do it!!!!

    Try a calendar streak? I'm putting stickers on my calendar when I stay on plan.. I do NOT like the look of the sticker free days.. lol

    I think journaling will help to figure out the whys of self sabotaging before we can stop the habit we must know why and what lead up to the sabotaging Wish you much success on breaking this bad habit
