I know I seem like I'm not really here...well, I've been trying something new...NOT counting calories but sticking to the portions of things and my nutirtion checklist that I give to my clients...just to see what kind of results I see :)
Still tracking exercise on here for my points and trying to welcome new members and such :) Been pretty busy.
Lots of studying and my business Morph Assist as well. Trying to find the balance and get it all done! :)
