I did 10152 steps,4.58 miles( I did the 5 mile walk but Fitbit only registered 4.5)1250 calories burned.
I am going to do my yoga nowand then probably get ready for bed.
I think it's 19 days no chips or fries.
I ate pretty good today and hope to do better and better.
and keep smiling.
