Last night my sleep was rather chopped up, and this afternoon I went for my spine check up. The x-rays show that after 2 years, all is well with my neck, bone growth, disc spacers, fusion etc. Same for my low back (it won't be two years til August for that). I am still dealing with the sciatic nerve damage so some medicine adjustments are being made. I don't go back for 3 months. If the medication change doesn't help the sciatic problem after a month, I call for an appointment for another EMG to at least assess the nerve damage. Structurally everything is doing ok. No loose screws. No joke.
Need to keep up with trying to boost my activity, and lose weight. that will be the best thing for my back.
I am determined to keep on logging my food.
I need to boost my water intake. For some reason I have been only making 6 cups of liquid.
I am making progress with cutting out my later night eating.
Weight loss will improve my situation. I HAVE TO DO THIS!
This is not easy, especially in light of all the surgeries/damage that have passed. I need to. I have to. I want to.
If I can only see the scale, or tape measure show some kind of improvement, I can make it happen.
Cleaning off the recumbent exercise bike RIGHT NOW.
