This week I started a new plan.... I am getting up earlier in the morning and walk /run for at leasst 1 mile. Except this morning, it was 28 degrees out and I cut it short. But I felt energized and the hot shower felt great .
My new job keeps me also very busy, but I am not walking as much anymore as I did working in the nursing home. So I try to ride my recumbent bike each night for a while.
So hopefully this will be working for me......
