I looked at the possible Spark challenges and I decided to combine two that suited me. I'd LOVE to have some takers to do this challenge with me!
My photo shows the awesome little green Fitbit Zip that I got as a Valentine gift from my sweetheart, Kevin, who is also my incredible husband.
So I've been doing all sorts of crazy behaviors to amp up my steps on my fitbit...last night, for example, I REALLY wanted to hit 10,000 steps and I was close. So I marched and danced and used my aerobic stepper as we watched the movie MIB 2. I was close, but still needed more steps by the end. So there was a great song playing during the credits so I danced to the closing song TWICE and I hit the goal of 10,000 steps.
Just so you know: My Fitbit goal is to go 5,000 steps a day each week for 4 consecutive weeks. (Or another way of looking at it for me is 3,000 steps for 5 days and 10,000 steps on 2 days!)
My Toning Challenge is to do a Spark 10 minute Toning Video everyday for 4 consecutive weeks.
I started this Fitbit/Toning Challenge yesterday on Sunday, and so Day #2 has officially been completed as well.
