What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?

When it comes to this attempt to forming the habit of doing ST, I think accountability really comes into play.

For instance, last night it was 9pm when I got off a prayer call, 9:30 pm when I stuck the ingredients for the loaf of bread into the bread machine, and about 9:45 pm when I said to myself, "Myself, you better hurry up and do your ST or you won't be keeping to your 'new habit' blog."

I have desire to beat my-self. I hate to lose to that self. emoticon This is how I encourage myself in most things.
