New Healthy Habit:Eating more fruits and veggies

I did not do so well today. I did not plan my veggies in my day. I just left myself to the wind.
So I will start tomorrow This time I will have an omelet with all the fixings. I have notice when I start my day with veggies I am consistent with veggies and fruit through out the day.
I also took some advice I received yesterday. I prepared my fruit to make it easier to take it with me.
