Goal #1. Revitalize my attitude towards healthy diet and fitness by logging into Spark every day for the next week and participating on the message boards at least with one post.
-- Oops, so I already blew this one by not logging in yesterday, BUT, I was at a regatta where I won silver and gold medals (YAY!) so I think I get a pass on this one - especially because I am back here today, yay!
Goal #2. Install the Spark app on my smartphone. -- DONE and CHECK
Goal #3. Pick up the phone and call that personal trainer and make the appointment that I've been "meaning to" make for a long time now.
-- Not yet, but will do before the end of the week.
Bonus update, medals pic! Woo! We got silver in the 4x and bronze in the 8+ ... our first women's master's race EVER in the 8+.
