February Overview - March Goals

February was a rough month for our family. We had a death, an accident, two hospitalizations and a few illnesses. I did met one February goal almost two, pretty good. I did some strength training in February. I plan to do more this month.

February goals:
* Steps 150,000-175,000 - got 144,901
*Miles 63-73 - got 62.29 miles so close
* 10,000 steps 3-4 times - met I made it 4 times!!!! emoticon

March goals
* Steps 150,000-160,000
* Miles 65-73
* 10,000 steps 5-6 times
* Stretch training 4-8 times

    So sorry to hear about what a rotten month of February you've had. Hope life gets brighter and better. Do what you can for yourself.

As always keep up with any and every kind of workout. That will help you get through all the rough stuff life throws your way.

    I'm sorry to hear about hoe difficult the past month as been. With spring coming on, just straighten yourself up, dust yourself off, and get to stepping! (Sorry, I couldn't resist that one).
