February Overview - March Goals

February was a rough month for our family. We had a death, an accident, two hospitalizations and a few illnesses. I did met one February goal almost two, pretty good. I did some strength training in February. I plan to do more this month.
* Steps 150,000-175,000 - got 144,901
*Miles 63-73 - got 62.29 miles so close
* 10,000 steps 3-4 times - met I made it 4 times!!!!
* Steps 150,000-160,000
* Miles 65-73
* 10,000 steps 5-6 times
* Stretch training 4-8 times
