Chocolate won a little bit today. I was only going to eat an oz but ended up eating 4. Whoops! Well wouldn't you know it, I was craving chocolate during workout time. I even got off the treadmill to give in! Instead, I climbed back on the treadmill and burned the other half of my daily goal in calories. Now I'm not craving that chocolate I was just a half hour ago!
TennisJim... You said 1200 calories was low for a diet. I agree! It's the standard for female-bodied-people not to go below 1200, though. If you're on a hard-core diet that's what you aim for. I'm aiming for about 1800 calories eaten plus 300 calories in exercise. I have problems maintaining that caloric goal, though. It scares me. Why? In order to maintain my goal weight I will need to be consistantly below 1800 calories. For life!
