So far, so good. I have been working out everyday so far this month. I did 20 minutes on my stationary bike on Friday, my TaeBo for 60 minutes on Saturday and I ran for 45 minutes yesterday.
I am going to pop in a sparkpeople DVD to workout with later tonight. I am hoping to do 30- 45 minutes today.
I am planning on doing my bike tommorrow and then some more running on Wednesday. I have a 10 miler race on Saturday that I am excited about.
I am going to keep going!!!
