And I'm off...

Today is day 2 of the paleo and though I love the food that I have made I still wonder if I can control my cravings. Both yesterday and today I had something totally not paleo and I just started. I was planning on going for a long walk with my daughter yesterday but I ended up going to the hospital to see my dad (he isn't in the hospital, his wife is{not a fan of that woman and no she is not my step mom she hasn't earned the right} end of story) and today after work I had planned on going but it started to snow (need to check weather more often). I can not wait until spring to set up my backyard with all the fun outdoor stuff I bought on clearence last year.

I am uploading a picture taken of me trying on dresses for my best friends wedding (it is been over a year but I still look the same)

    Soda is the biggest thing for me I haven't found a way to break my habit. I would absolutley love to get rid of the non paleo food in my house but that really isn't the problem its when I'm at work or just out an about.

I do workout videos when I'm stuck at home, I just really wanted to get outside.

    I'm wondering what kind of cravings you're having? Sweet? Salty? A specific food?

A good trick is to not buy the non Paleo food. If it's not in the house, you won't eat it. emoticon

There are plenty of "fun" things you can do indoors. Don't let the weather stop you.

No excuses. No regrets. emoticon
