Today's question is about what I'll do to encourage myself and to keep on track.
I've said that my goal is to exercise for at least 10 minutes each day. I intend to reach that goal by making no more excuses not to exercise, scheduling my workouts on my calendar, and "just doing it".
So, how will I encourage myself? I felt like I needed a few things.
1. Small rewards - I will give myself small rewards for accomplishing smaller goals. For example, if I can maintain my 20 days of exercise streak I will buy a new pair of exercise pants or sports bra.
2. I like to look on my SP page and see how long my "streak" is/has been going. I know that I'll feel disappointed if I miss a day and have to start the streak over again all b/c I couldn't dedicate 10 minutes of my day to doing some exercise.
3. I will envision what I will look and feel like when I reach my final weightloss goal. I'd like to feel comfortable in a bathing suit by summer but what does that mean?!? I'll envision what my new body would look like & realize that I can only achieve that goal by working toward it.
