Readiness -- Encouragement and Staying on Track

I am pretty good at self encouragement. Not racing around in the morning is a blessing in itself. Being able to add exercise minutes to the team feels good. And no matter how much I do the night before, it is never as daunting as doing it in the morning. Guess I was a girl scout in a prior life. I like to be prepared.

    How nice that you are able to not race around in the mornings. Love the Be Prepared - haven't heard that one since I was a scout!
