I literally have not had the time to weight myself and really I have been a little afraid of the scale over the last two weeks, I faced my fear a week or so ago and discovered a gain but it turned out to be water gain and as I became better hydrated and balanced out I was back at my lowest weight within a day or so. This week has been crazy stressful, Iíve been moving so eating has been a challenge as all of my kitchen last week was packed up, I have tried to be mindful of what I am eating but not logging. I have got plenty of cardio though my fitbit logged all the what seemed like millions of stairs I was carrying boxes up and all my moment which was a lot over the week and weekend so I think that is a serious positive and who knows maybe I might have lost a little or just stayed either way the outcome it will be fine.
So I am not yet settled by any means and still have some packing and moving yet to do for the next couple of days but things will be easier for me to track calories and eat better than I have been. Iím sure I will be getting much more cardio as well lol
I did have two really not so great eating choices but there is a positive side to the experience as well, first I ate top roman which since I have been eating healthier and limiting salt a lot more I had a couple bits and it was WAY too salty for me which is kinda funny considering I use to add salt! YIKES! Second, I ate at taco bellÖ before I LOVED taco bell and could easily eat up to 3 items there but now I could only eat one item and it didnít even taste good! So the bright side to this weekendís craziness it I really have no desire now for a lot of the foods I use to eat and I was able to see how far I have come in two months mentally and with my view towards food.
