Goal this week: Tracking

I find that I am better with tracking on routine days. Works for water and exercise too. So, now that I am back at work, I am getting into the tracking habit again. I do like the Sparkpeople phone app, and use that at home.
This weekend was my youngest dd's 13th birthday. A teen-ager! I did not track this weekend, but I also did not go CRAZY. And I walked once.
Today my youngest teenager and I brought our gym clothes, and will go right after our after school activity.
