Not exercising first thing throws me for a loop. Somehow I just can't seem to catch the momentum.
Solution: Wake up and do a full body stretch. Get those muscles warm. Talk to God the entire time. A cleansing glass of water, and as I'm going about my morning to-do's, walk or march in place. Have my "pre-breakfast" of mostly protein, then do a 30 minute routine about 1/2 hour later. DAILY!
