I've been in maintenance for a month now (Woohoo!), so my goals have changed. I still have goals though, so here they are!
Keep maintaining around the 67kg mark (I tend to see numbers anywhere from 66kg (fluke, I think) to 68kg, depending on a lot of factors)
Work out 5 times per week (usually 2 boxing and 3 ST, but want to add running back in somewhere)
Do a pull up without the band
Run Round the Bays this weekend and not die (I signed up on a whim and haven't trained due to illness, work stuff, being out of town, and general laziness)
Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies every day. I'm slipping on this one so I need to get back on track!!
So, there ya go. I'll update at the end of the month and let y'all know how I went!
