March goals

I've been in maintenance for a month now (Woohoo!), so my goals have changed. I still have goals though, so here they are!

emoticon Keep maintaining around the 67kg mark (I tend to see numbers anywhere from 66kg (fluke, I think) to 68kg, depending on a lot of factors)

emoticon Work out 5 times per week (usually 2 boxing and 3 ST, but want to add running back in somewhere)

emoticon Do a pull up without the band

emoticon Run Round the Bays this weekend and not die (I signed up on a whim and haven't trained due to illness, work stuff, being out of town, and general laziness)

emoticon Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies every day. I'm slipping on this one so I need to get back on track!!

So, there ya go. I'll update at the end of the month and let y'all know how I went!

PS: How do you use a band (or anything else) to assist you in pull ups? I'll like to one day be able to do a proper pull up, but don't know how to get there!

    Very good goals! An easy way to get in your servings of fruits and veggies is to 1, eat the ones you really like, and 2, try to eat 2 at every meal. I usually have baby carrots at lunch, just because I really like them, they're crunchy, easy to pack, you can have a cup of them, and they're tasty! So enjoy what you like!
