I started the 10-minute exercise a day challenge, yeah me! So far I've been able to surpass that goal but even on the most trying days, I intend to complete at least 10-minutes a day. MOVE! MOVE! MOVE! is my motto. Just keep moving, doing something, anything. I know you can do it too, it's never too late, and never, never give up.
