So this month's challenge is going to be for me to loooove
I am going to commit to taking care of myself for the next month. These next ten days are going to be bootcamp!
Saturday: Committed to completing one whole Dance Cardio DVD with TAM
Sunday: slightly hung over committed to eating "healthy" junk food like sweet potato french fries and an omelet over a burger and a fries that I would normally chow being hungover
Monday: TAM Level 1 Day 2 and maybe some other fun DVD OR Dance Cardio again
Tuesday: Driving to EL in morning. Commit to NOT eating crap regardless of the stressful drive and Commit to doing some cardio
Wednesday: Commit to early cardio
