Noticing changes!

Weekends are still rough, but I am tracking everything and losing. I am not noticing much on the scale (not as fast as I want anyway) but I am noticing my clothes fitting much looser, I have way more energy, and I feel healthy. I am going to the gym for about 1.5 hours 3 days a week and staying within my goals and tracking everything (even the "cheats" and "bad" days)and drinking lots of water. I know I can do this and am so glad I have this site to help me :-)
