Hi all!! yesterday was another successful day of no drinking!! I got up and ran and hung out with my bf and his dad and we had a nice family dinner it was a awesome sunday!! today I got my butt up early and ran 5.12 miles and did my push ups and I feel wonderful. This starts week two of my challenge. Yesterday night i was trying to fall asleep but i was so exctied about the next day because I get to run and its one more day closer to my overall goal!! Now that i got my workout on today Im all ready ready for tomorrows work out. I need to slow my roll and enjoy today because tomorrow is not garenteed but i cant help it. I cant wait until tomorrow so i can workout again. I just want these few extra pounds gone all ready but i know it did not put on these extra pounds over night and im not gonna get rid of them over night so i guess thats why im so ancy to for my next workout. any who i will ttyt after my workout :-)
