Yesterday was hectic. I was doing some pre-tax work that took quite a while.
I wanted to go to bed early but it did not happen. My wife falls asleep on the couch and it can sometimes be hard to wake her. I love her dearly and even though it is tempting to leave her there I make sure she is awake and coming to bed.
They say weight loss is a change of lifestyle. As it gets later I tend to get tired and cranky. To offset this my norm is to grab a few cookies or get into the butter and peanut butter. I had been drinking water all evening which I think helped.
I resisted the urge to go for my "comfort food"! (YAY!) I finally got her to wake and to bed.
I am trying to change my lifestyle to cut down on not what I eat but how much I eat of it.
