Teddy Bear 3 Day by Day

How am I doing day by day? I am actually doing really well. I find that if I don't exercise, I get stiff so I do it. For example, I was going to take yesterday off. We spent the afternoon watching movies and relaxing.

My husband went to make dinner around 5:00. I know it usually takes him an hour or more. So, I did Leslie Sansone, my treadmill and Walk it Out. I ended up working out a total of 90 minutes.

Right now, I am really stoked to keep moving and keep track of my food each day. My Fitbit Aria scale says I lost 5 lbs since I got it. That is huge for me. It said it 2 days in a row so I don't think it is a fluke. It seems the only days I put on weight are the days I have to weigh in lol. I think it is kind of like going to the doctor and your blood pressure goes up.

I can do this and I do it day by day. One day at a time. emoticon

    Congrats! Yeah, keeping moving really helps. Wish I had the time to do 90 minutes a day of the fun stuff. LOL But it's just not happening right now. Got bills to pay which for me means working outside the home and just not enough hours in the day. I'm so proud of you for the progress you are making!

It feels good after you've done some activity and I can really relate to what you're saying. I didn't get out to hike yesterday, so I cleaned... quite a bit!!! I felt good getting it done and feeling up to it!

Great job taking advantage while your husband made dinner! I wish my husband cooked so I had that time, but that's ok... I know what I'm making and what's in it! :)
