How am I doing day by day? I am actually doing really well. I find that if I don't exercise, I get stiff so I do it. For example, I was going to take yesterday off. We spent the afternoon watching movies and relaxing.
My husband went to make dinner around 5:00. I know it usually takes him an hour or more. So, I did Leslie Sansone, my treadmill and Walk it Out. I ended up working out a total of 90 minutes.
Right now, I am really stoked to keep moving and keep track of my food each day. My Fitbit Aria scale says I lost 5 lbs since I got it. That is huge for me. It said it 2 days in a row so I don't think it is a fluke. It seems the only days I put on weight are the days I have to weigh in lol. I think it is kind of like going to the doctor and your blood pressure goes up.
I can do this and I do it day by day. One day at a time.
