How I plan to stay on track with my running habit.

To stay on track with my new healthy running program, I plan to take it slow. I plan on developing this habit for as long as my legs will go. I love running on my treadmill, spent most of last summer, every other day at least, water jogging, so I am coming to this program with some preplanning already done.

My goal is to run or walk outside at least once a week. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hey, thanks, I never thought of a water program for exercising. wooo hooo. Great Goal. I find if I move from the treadmill to the exercise bike and then do some skipping, it makes me move faster and burn more calories than jus doing 45 min on the treadmill. Kudos to you, keep on going, your on a role :) !
