How I plan to stay on track with my running habit.

To stay on track with my new healthy running program, I plan to take it slow. I plan on developing this habit for as long as my legs will go. I love running on my treadmill, spent most of last summer, every other day at least, water jogging, so I am coming to this program with some preplanning already done.
My goal is to run or walk outside at least once a week.
