What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?
On my journey to change up my exercise and add in more fiber while eating less fat I am taking one day at a time and making small changes. I love today's assignment because it gives me the opportunity to look at ways to encourage myself along the way.
Today I am going to give myself a spark goodie and a real goodie of a smoothie. I love smoothies and today's will have lots of fiber with raspberries, chocolate coconut ice cream and almond milk.
I will also be doing my exercise outside along the boardwalk at a local lake front park and walking with my DH. Promises to be a fun day that both encourages me and keeps me on track with meeting my new goals.
