My focus this week is tracking what I eat. How am I managing to stay on track for three days in a row when that has been such a struggle for me? For one thing, I am part of a team challenge and blogging about it. I certainly want to do my part as a teammate, and I also would hate to admit defeat publicly! This is definitely a strong motivator.
Another thing I do is to give myself some SPARK time. Other SP members are giving me many encouraging comments and/or writing about their strategies for successful tracking. Spending a few minutes reading those in the morning sets the tone for me for the day.
So far, so good!
