I have worked out for eight days , for me thats a big deal, getting started was the hardest part but now I dont want to miss a day of movement because the more I move the more my goals become a reality for me.
I lost four pounds this week, h oorayy!
I have two more lbs to go to hit the 2o lb loss,
My goal this week:
Just be at peace with myself, when I get close to major milestones in weight I tend to self sabatoge, not happening!! I want this pattern to stop. I am committing myself to two lbs and I know as long as I keep moving it will happen.
how am I going to have a peacful week:
Let go of small stuff
pray and meditate
on my walks take my time breathe in the air and look at the beautiful world around me.
listen to my body rest when Im tired , eat when Im hungry , get counsel if i need counsel
So that is my goal to just be at peace,
