Last week, I had not lost any weight, so I decided to change things up a bit this week. Over the weekend, I went out and bought a digital scale. It is nice to be accurate in weighing food especially when it comes to meat. 1 oz was a lot more than what I expected. I think I might have been over estimating my meat consumption. But sometimes, that might not be a bad thing. I also bought a bunch of the Biggest Loser workout DVDs. I started a pilates one last week. It was not too horrible bad. I wanted something else. I was not about to go and unpack some boxes looking for a workout DVD. Plus I found them fairly inexpensive online. I cannot wait to try them out. I might do the pilates one tonight and then a new one tomorrow.
I rode the stationary bike this morning. I will go back to running on Wednesday. I needed a break from bounding the pavement. My knees were hurting over the weekend. I think mainly because I was tilling my mother in laws garden. Did 30 minutes on the bike. That equals about 7.7 miles. I did one of those preprogrammed settings in which every 30 seconds the intensity would change. Definately can fill it now.
