I have decided to begin adding exercise back into my routine. This will be my first day back to exercising in 1.5 to 2 months. I'm going to do some treadmill time. I know I will feel better. I also need to improve on getting my 8 glasses of water a day. Thank ya'll for the wonderful support and encouragement during this time. What a great group of friends you are! Blessings!!
