So I got up, got ready and attempted the Fit Test for Insanity. Now as I recall I made it three weeks in before getting off track. Well, today was a bit different. I had to stop due to an asthma attack! I think the reason last time worked for me was because I had already been sporadically working out with the LiveFit Trainer and I was eating better. So I think I might take it slow and give Hip Hop Abs a try. I know Shawn T can give a great workout, so I'm sure he can still get something out of me!

So yes, I worked out today, BUT I am going to wait till my daughter is down for a nap and give day one of HHA (thats what I'm gonna call it!) a try. I found two different versions of the calender online. One basic and one a little more advanced and a month longer, so I'm going with the second one!

    emoticon You are doing great. If you have to make up your own schedule to fit your needs, do so. I am doing that due to my work schedule and I like to mix up my workout routine. I am doing Zumba along with Insanity and I see a big difference and I don't feel stressed out.
    You will get a system going and sooner or later, Day one will soon be

    Keep it up. Take care of your health and stop when you have to and pick up again when you are ready , but never quit. emoticon
