Moderation ---not easy for me

I have a little trouble called the all or nothing mentality. When I lost 30 some pounds 7 years ago or so I exercised 1 hour per day every day for a while. Then nothing (after someone made a comment about my weight loss). I need to consistently exercise rather than go all or nothing. Same goes for the eating. When I count calories and measure portions things go well but when I don't ----look out scale. I also need to not focus on what other people say about my weight loss....even when good it affects me negatively. Need to focus on myself and how good I feel after working out-----not the scale. And watch what I eat and not beat myself up if I eat something not ultra healthy. Also I need to just get out there and exercise instead of mulling over it emoticon
