Two habits I really need to get all the way back with are my daily nutrition tracking & exercise...I need to get them both done daily & want to be back where I was a year ago with them.
Wanting isn't going to get it done though...it's not enough to want to do them...as much I hate to do so...I NEED to plan it. I'm generally not a write it down & plan it kind of gal, but I do know that it works...& so it must be done. This is another reason why the Winter 5% challenge is such an awesome help for me. It pushes me to do the "work" I might not otherwise make myself do...
*Ahem* ...that said I did not do my work over the weekend (Saturday OR Sunday blogs). I will cover those blog topics & today's right here -
1) What new habit you wish to (re)develop? Daily nutrition tracking & upping my exercise!
2) How will you do that? I will TRY very very hard to have at least 80% of my food for the day planned/prepped ahead so I can log it first thing in the AM . Same for exercise...will try very very VERY hard to be mindful in the AM of where & how to fit in my 15 minutes minimum, & hopefully MORE of exercise, into my day. I know that if I get online first thing in the AM I have a better chance of tracking & staying on track.
3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track? One thing I'm doing to stay on track is the accountability built into this challenge. I don't want to let my team down, that & the fact that we are blogging daily as part of the our challenge...helps me to remain very mindful of my habits & goals.
