Well, I completed my 5 Day Personal Challenge over the weekend, with overall success, if not 100% success.
No fast food for five days: YES! It was a big one.
No trashy food for five days: Uh, not totally but pretty good.
Secondary personal challenge of exercise every day, 10 minutes: Kind of, at least walked a little but didn't raise a sweat very often. Improvement but not success.
Okay, so let's reset.
Personal Challenge 2: No binging during the day. (Nights are less of a problem for me, I work from home and so am alone all day during the day, which is a trigger.)
Personal Challenge 3: Break a sweat each day for 5 days.
Go, Zed, go! Seriously, though, GO.
