Ramp it up for Results

Well, my weight has been fluctuating, and not headed in the downward direction like I'd want it to. So it's time to ramp things up a bit. Last week I did great with getting into a good routine for strength and cardio. My eating was okay, but could definitely be tweaked! If I'm going to see results on the scale, I'm going to have to ramp it up! My goals for this week:
1. Track food everyday
2. Cardio 5x, Strength 3x
3. Choose healthy food and portions (no matter what!) Sticking close to 1100-1200 calories for 2 days and 1600 calories for 1 day .
My parents are coming for part of the week, so I'll need to be careful with the treats I'm sure they're bringing. I need to remember the BIG picture in this...the REAL treat of wearing some of my old clothes again and pleasing God in taking care of this earthly body!
