So I did do a weigh in on Friday, I've just been soo stressed. I gained 3 more pounds this last month but I lost another inch around my waist and an inch from my thighs. The funny part is that I gained an inch around my hips which at first sounds like a bad thing but would actually be a good thing.
When people talk about measuring your health in numbers there are various things to go off of. Body comp, like fat percentage, BMI, and inches. For women they say that there should be at least a 10 in difference between your waist measurment and your hips and if there is, it is a significantly lower chance of all the diseases weight related. So with the most recent measurements I now have a 9 in difference between my waist and hips. :)
I know now that the weight gain will start to taper off and there's a good chance come April 1st I will start losing again. It takes your body 60-90 days to recalibrate itself. And with all the muscle I've been gaining, it's to be expected. I won't let it bring me down.
I did get to the gym on Saturday. I will go again tonight, I'm starting to look forward to my workouts.
