I'm starting Spark Coach today (3 months free because I bought the new Spark book). I'm using the plateau busting program. I was doing good on my own but lost my momentum again.
Im doing this for myself.
I want to be as healthy as I can be as I age.
I want to feel as good as I did when I was maintaining in the mid 150 range, not the low 160's where I've been hovering for too long.
Think before you eat.
Remind yourself how good it felt when you weighed 153-157.
Ask Would the healthy me choose this?

B oat bran/juice
L salmon/bread/laughing cow/V8
D LC mac & cheese/carrots
S yogurt + another healthy snack
Exercise ABBA walk - AM
Elliptical/gazelle or WIO PM
