Yesterday I did buy some apples and oranges. Today I want to go to the store and really do some serious shopping. I think I will buy mostly frozen veggies and canned fruits so they don't go bad before I can eat them. I will try eating at least one of each a day, maybe more:)
I have been drinking my 8 glasses of water and walking for 30 minutes a day. I would like to increase my walking by at least another 10 minutes or add 10 minutes of strength training.
