Day 3 of daily blog challenge

Yesterday I did buy some apples and oranges. Today I want to go to the store and really do some serious shopping. I think I will buy mostly frozen veggies and canned fruits so they don't go bad before I can eat them. I will try eating at least one of each a day, maybe more:)
I have been drinking my 8 glasses of water and walking for 30 minutes a day. I would like to increase my walking by at least another 10 minutes or add 10 minutes of strength training.

    Good idea buying frozen veggies and canned fruit. I need to do some serious shopping too. I am going to make my list tonight so I can go to the grocer's tomorrow. Sounds like you have some good habits already that you are building on. Keep up the good work!

    Excellent plan! You can easily add 10 minutes to your exercise by doing a SP video - this is one of my new habits that I am trying to commit to. I love that 10 minutes is so doable.

    Sounds like a great plan! I hate having to throw away fruits and veggies I didn't get to but figure it's part of the cost of eating a healthy diet. emoticon Your idea of frozen and canned should do the trick but be careful of added sugar on the canned fruit. For some reason they think fruit isn't sweet enough on it's own.
Love your desire to increase your walking and ST times, that's the ticket! You'll get stronger and thinner.
