Question 3: What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?

Right now, the only thing that's going to keep me on track is anger. I'm so mad at hubby right now - see my previous blog.

I hate to admit it, but I'm blinded by anger at this point. But I'm going to try to use it. I would be out running today, except for the blizzard that's going on.

    Whatever motivates you - use it. But don't hang on to your anger longer than you need to because it will turn on you.

    Use the anger in a way that will HELP you--cause holding it inside won't. And maybe write hubby a letter--you may never show it to him (or, if you want to, you may need to rewrite parts of it) but you need to get OUT what you are feeling and that may clarify for yourself how you feel. Just a thought.

    Anger can be a source of lot of energy ... although needs awareness to direct it at the right place!

    I have read both of your blogs and I know how you feel. But for me it has been that anger that has given me results. I have the laziest man around that has no idea how to respect another person around him and is only out for himself. I have a 10 month old and I am kicking this anger in and spoiling her with all the love and joy I have in me.

    I hope you can find it in you to let that go and focus your anger into what you want for yourself. Eventually he will come around and appreciate you for your accomplishments.

    Don't stress yourself too much .. let it out :) It will all pass ..

    Its good to release anger - at the same time anger causes stress that keeps weight on - learn to meditate - This to shall pass!
