3) What are you doing to encourage yourself and keep on track?

I hadn't thought of anything for this up until right now, so I am going to have to think for a minute. For keeping on track, I will write down all my freggie intake. To encourage myself, I will spend time scrapbooking in the evening for every day that I eat 5 or more freggies.
