I made it five days fasting. Then pms hit and I threw it out the window. But I rebounded pretty quickly, only wasted a day. So now it's day 3. Again. Feeling ok. Had some coffee. But later might be a bit of a challenge because I have to start preparing for sat and all the guests. So I'm going grocery shopping today. Not really the best idea when your fasting, but I'm actually not having any cravings. I think the fear of not fitting into a nice dress is suppressing my cravings.
