I have like the changes in my life because of the simple measures Spark People have shown me to take. I have also now discovered for myself that plateaus do happen. I need to make some more changes. It is time for me to ramp up the intensity of my fitness regimen now. So I am going to do so starting this week by slowly implementing to me more intense routines and allow my body to adapt to the change. I like how I feel but I like losing and I do need to lose more.
