Just reporting that I've had excellent results - going back to a more healthy diet for me - find it is so easy to follow with no cravings that I used to get.
The mystery is what was I doing wrong FOR ME before? Was it eating the night shade veggies, not getting enough Omega 3 (the Krill sofgels are super and keep me out of pain - I swear!). Time will tell.
I'm even sleeping better.
