I'm seriously ready for winter to be over, just so I can get back to a better water routine! I hate drinking water when I feel like I'm constantly freezing!!! But today I'm working on my 2nd 20-oz. bottle, and I'm determined to get a total of 4 of those today, once again.
This morning I got back to my ST and holy crap I totally kicked my a$$!!! I had to stop a couple times to get rid of that lightheaded feeling. It felt so great to be back, maybe I did too much. I wore my ankle weights to the gym too, and haven't taken them off yet. I'd really like some heavier ankle weights but these will do for now!
I logged my workouts for the rest of the week, so I can hold myself to them! I'm going back to running this week after taking a couple weeks off for foot pain. I'm ready and totally feeling better. It's so hard to start again after stopping! Whenever I take more than 3 days off running, it's very hard to get back. The first run is the hardest, then it gets easier.
Last night husband and I had a mini-date, we call it a mini-date because we can't be gone too long. We went to Starbucks and I had a hot chocolate and one of those giant cookies, WOW! I haven't done that in forever. But I told husband, that's all for me. I don't do it all the time, and today I'm back to eating better. He promised last night he was getting back to logging his food and steps on his phone, starting today. We'll see! He broke another car seat, it's his 3rd one in ten years. #messagetoloseweight Right now he has a milk crate behind his seat that is keeping him from falling back into the back seat while he's driving. *sigh* Keep praying for him, friends.
