I haven't had time to blog over the weekend - so here is a quick one!
Habits I want to develop:
-Go to bed earlier instead of staying up late
-Find time to exercise more instead of putting it off
How I can develop these habits:
-Get my chores done earlier in the night & Don't start a show so late when I know it will keep me up late. I could listen to music instead of watching a 45 minute show
-Use my calendar more for scheduling exercise
How I am encouraging myself:
-I need to keep telling myself to do this. Better sleep is healthier for my body. I won't feel as tired and maybe I will have less headaches.
-I make sure I go over my free time and look over my calendar to see when I am available.
