I got through the weekend without too many snafus, which is great. I did have some extra sodas (Dt Root Beer) on Saturday but stayed away from sugar and the Dt Pepsi. I found a rogue Diet Pepsi in my fridge - wow do I want to drink it! But I won't. At work if I "need" a soda, I'll choose the Diet 7-up because it's also caffeine free.

I made it through a shopping trip on Saturday to Safeway and on Sunday to Albertsons without buying or tasting any sugar products. I was *this close* to buying a pack of Red Vines at Albertsons yesterday but talked myself down. :) Sugar is everywhere and very hard for me to resist.

All this is to say, I've recommitted to my eating plan and program, and I hope to see some great results on the scale each week. The goal for March is to stick with tracking my food, staying on my plan and checking in with Spark every day.
